Marcia Lockaby Wingo was born on February 28, 1947 to Otis D and Alpha Vandiver Lockaby in Rabun County Georgia. Her family moved to Newnan in 1956. She was a 1965 graduate of Western High School. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on December 16, 2017. With Her husband Charles E. Wingo of 44 years and the greatest accomplishment of her life, her daughter Amanda Kathryn Wingo by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jerry O Lockaby. There will be no viewing or public services, a private ceremony only. Please understand that she loved all of her family and friends.
