“Aunt Marcia” went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 1, 2021 with her niece Michele and great nephew Marshall by her side. Marcia was predeceased by her parents, Leslie and Virginia Burns and her stepfather, Eugene Johnson, as well as her brothers and sisters-in-law, Roland (Betty) Burns and John (Christine) Burns. She had 3 nieces and 6 nephews as well as great nieces and nephews, their children, and a large extended family. She was “Aunt Marcia” to many. Marcia was born deaf and physically handicapped but that never stopped her from living. Aunt Marcia was polite and kind. She was a hard worker and kept her house clean, enjoyed yard work, crochet and many other crafts during her lifetime. Marcia’s greatest passion was photography. She took her camera everywhere. Every person, every event, was captured on film and proudly put into one of her many photo albums. Her greatest joy was her family. The annual Burns family reunion was her very most favorite event.
