Marcia Ann Dickey, age 69, of Leetonia, Ohio, died at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Salem Community Hospital. She was born April 26, 1944 in East Palestine, Ohio, a daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Brockman) Vulcan. Marcia was a homemaker and her passion was her family. She was a member of the Greenford Christian Church. A son, Robert Dickey preceded her in death in 2011. A sister, Diana Mercer and a brother, Gale Vulcan also preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Arnold A. Dickey Sr., whom she married Apr. 30, 1960; a daughter, Rebecca S. Dickey of Leetonia; four sons, Arnold (Elaine) Dickey Jr. of Salem, Wayne (Cathy) Dickey of Salem, Christopher (Kim) Dickey of New Waterford and Andrew “Andy” Dickey of Leetonia; a sister, Bernice (Gerald) Smith of Wellsville; a sister-in-law, Kim Morris; two brothers, Ronald (June) Vulcan of North Benton and Dale (Clair) Vulcan of Elkton, MD; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
