Marcella “Sally” Kaup, was born in West Point, Nebraska on June 23, 1924 to Herman Reeson and Mary (Schlecht) Reeson, and passed away in Wheat Ridge, Colorado on March 21, 2018 at age 93. She is survived by her children, Dr. Bruce Kaup and his wife Dr. Toby Gordon, Neil Kaup and his wife Dr. Deborah Coleman, Paula Knutson and her husband Kent, and Dale Kaup and his wife Shelley; her grandchildren, Jake Kaup, Brett Kaup, Sam Kaup, Drew Kaup, and Nate Kaup, and her sister Margaret Woerman. Sally was preceded in death by her husband Cletus Florian Kaup on April 5, 2013, her sister, Jane Ann Reeson, and her brothers, George Reeson and William Reeson.
