Marcella “Micki” Adams McCombs, 72, passed away at her home in Taft, California on December 4, 2016. She was born 17 December 1943 to Harvey Lane and Ruby Beatrice Huff Adams in Corning, Clay County, Arkansas. She married Louis Tony McCombs on October 12, 1962 in North Hollywood, California. Micki worked as an office manager for Watson Construction for 23 years. She loved her family, traveling, cooking and caring for others, even doing so after she was very ill. We are so thankful for the life she lived. She is preceded in death by her son, Sean Michael McCombs; her parents; sisters, Cleta Taylor and Jane Sparks; brother, Bill Adams; and many nieces and nephews. Micki is survived by her husband, Lou; one son, Louis Tony McCombs, Jr.; brothers, Dude (Wanda) Adams, Bud (Ruth) Adams and Andy (Gail) Adams; three grandsons; and one great-grandson. Thanks to those that helped make her life better in the last days of her life and special thanks to Debbie who so lovingly helped care for her.
