Muncie – Marcella I.
Marcella was born in Muncie on June 26, 1929, the daughter of Alfred Eugene and Faye Evelyn (Minch) Ammon and attended Muncie Central High School. She was employed for many years with Ball Corporation.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Kay Walden, Shelbyville, Debra Rabourn, Indianapolis, and Claudia Adkins, (husband-Tim), Muncie; a brother, Gene Ammon, (wife-Sue), Muncie; a sister, Joan Bilbrey, (husband-Glen), Muncie; a special niece, Lisa Kemp, Muncie; a special friend, Tammy Couch, Muncie; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Marcella had lived with three special granddaughters Tara Durrett, Amanda Adkins and Ashley Durrett, deceased.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of eights years Claude C. Burton, four brothers, Don Ammon, Robert Lee Ammon Tom Howard Ammon, Edwin Wayne Ammon; and a granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Durrett.
