Marc Allen Payne, age 39 of Birmingham, passed away August 3, 2012. He was employed by Kinder Morgan in Helena, AL, and enjoyed fishing, Frisbee golf, baseball, as well as working as an official at local high school football and baseball games. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Gene and Tootsie Payne and Billy and Lois Paul. Remaining to cherish Marc’s memory is his loving wife, Melinda Payne; parents Jerry and Janice Payne of Steele, AL; brother, Scott (Amanda)Payne; and niece and nephews Tyler and Ava Claire Payne and Bobby Missildine. Marc also leaves behind his beloved four-legged friends Hooch and Barkley, Jr.
