He is missed by his surviving wife, Mary Sarah Vargas; 3 sons: Rodney, Phillip, Tom; 2 daughters: Kathie & Christine. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandson.
He is also survived by 4 sisters and a host of other relatives and friends. He will be missed by all but leaves many wonderful memories that will never be forgotten. Manuel we will love you for eternity.
