Manuel Mendoza Vasquez “Boots”, 78, of Silver City passed away on Monday, March 12 2018 at his residence. Manual was born on October 4, 1939, in Santa Rita to Manuel and Anita Vasquez. “Boots” will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Manuel is survived by his sons, Danny Vasquez (Christina), Manny Vasquez (Amanda), and Brian Vasquez (Rebecca); daughter, Judy Vasquez; companion, Teresa J. Provencio; step-daughter, SueEllen Provencio; a special niece, Lorenza Chacon “Moody”; 19 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Vasquez; sister, Irma Chacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Anita Vasquez; brother, Pedro Vasquez; sisters, AliciaYbarra and Arcelia Ortiz; daughter, Irene Vasquez; son, Bruce Vasquez; granddaughter, Katrina Vasquez; grandson, Steven Miramontes.
