From a young age, Manuel was instilled with a strong work ethic and the importance of family and faith. He brought his family to this country 54 years ago this month; he sought to provide his wife and children the opportunity to have a prosperous life in America. Manuel worked at Carol Cable and DaPonte’s Landscaping, even after his retirement, his craft and passion for landscaping continued. Manuel’s “green thumb” was unlike any other. He grew and maintained a lush vegetable garden in his backyard, as well as his grapevine to make homemade wine in the fall.
Manuel will be truly missed by his loving children and adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He now rests peacefully and is reunited with his wife Rosalina and their son Peter.
