Manuel Michael Cardoza, Jr. also known as “Manny” or “Fato”87 of Preston, Ct passed away on Monday October 3, 2016 at Hartford Hospital after a period of declining health. He was the loving husband of Jeanette (Gonsalves) Cardoza for 59 years. They were married on November 10, 1956 in St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Born in Norwich Connecticut and one of nine siblings of the late Manuel M. Cardoza Sr. and Senhorina (Gomes) Cardoza.
Manny was a US Army Korean Veteran and held a lifetime commitment to veterans and veterans organizations. Most notably Manny was a Gold Circle member and past Commander of VFW Post 9452 in Preston.
