Manuel D. Diaz, 75, of Allentown passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 in his home. He was the husband of the late Sara Diaz who died in 2014. Born on March 29, 1941 in Havana, Cuba, he was the son of the late Manuel and Carola Diaz. He was an Occupational Health Superintendent of Facility Maintenance for the State of New Jersey for a number of years. Surviving: son, Robert Diaz and wife Lori of Allentown; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother, Miguel Ochoa of Newark, NJ. He was predeceased by son, Danny and brother, Jose.
