Malissa M.Young (nee Siemers) died Wednesday, December 30th at the Masonic Home of New Jersey in Burlington Township, she was 86 years of age. Born on December 17, 1923, in Philadelphia, PA., she was the daughter of the late Frank & Mabel Siemers.
She had been employed during earlier years as a secretary in the banking industry. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, the family was very important to her and she enjoyed spending time with all of them. She also enjoyed reading in her spare time.
Predeceased by her husband Lloyd A.Young, she is survived by her children and their spouses: Linda (George) McGeoch of New Gretna, Bruce (Betsey) Young of Cape May Court House, Sharon (Edward) Ashworth, Diane (Joseph) Kelly of Delran, Beverly Howley of Brooklawn and Scott Young of New Jersey.
She is also survived by her sister; Bernadine Hollinger of Philadelphia, with 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
