Malcolm Francis Brelsford, 57, of Salisbury passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.
He was born in Ohio on December 13, 1956, the son of Joyce Ellis Brelsford and Malcolm Brelsford of Port Orange, FL.
Malcolm worked as a maintenance engineer at Plastic Manufacturing, Inc. in Harrisburg, NC for 15 years before becoming disabled. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salisbury. He loved racing cars and go-carts and was a fan of NASCAR. Malcolm enjoyed the love and companionship of his little dog, Lee Lou.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra Lawver Brelsford of Salisbury, whom he married on July 30, 1983; son, Matthew Brelsford (April) of Salisbury, NC; daughters, Julie Rogers (Bobby) of Port Ritchie, FL, Chrissy Lowe (Bobby) of Hickory, NC; brothers, James Brelsford and Eddie Brelsford, both of Boca Raton, FL; sisters, Judy Brelsford of Boca Raton, FL, Carol Earhardt (Jim) of New Smyrna Beach, FL; 5 grandchildren, Mya, Adelyn, Nathan, Brendon, and Brady, and one on the way.
