CANTON / NEW HARTFORD – Madison Elizabeth Young, 18, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 18, 2021. She was born December 26, 2002 in Sharon; the daughter of Roger and Christine (Mooney) Young. Madison was a beautiful, talented girl who loved the outdoors and camping and hiking with her family. She graduated from Canton High School, Class of 2020 and was currently attending Northwest CT Community College for Nursing. She already achieved her C.N.A. certification at Oliver Wolcott. In addition to her parents, she leaves her close siblings, Samantha and Roger, III of Canton; maternal grandparents, Doug Mooney and Connie Lagace; paternal grandparents, Roger and Linda Young; and several aunts and uncles.
