Born in Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Kelly came to this area in 1936 from her birthplace. She owned “Lovely Lady” beauty shop from 1953 to 1969 then went into real estate in New Smyrna Beach until 1983 when she retired.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by her son, Roger Kelly of Port Orange, 2 grandchildren, Monica Armstrong of Edgewater, and Tonya Lindeman of Winter Garden, and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Kelly.
