Madelyn (Callaghan) Elliott passed away peacefully at Bristol Hospital after a short illness on Saturday August 7, 2010. Mrs. Elliott was born in Rochester, NH on September 8, 1922, a daughter of the late Francis and Esther Callaghan. Madelyn served 20 years on the Democratic Town Committee, 10 years on the Zoning Board of Appeals, Edgewood Community Club and Edgewood PTO.
Madelyn was also a founding member of St.
Mrs. Elliott was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Bruce O. Elliott; her siblings, Mary Harding, Louise, Frank, Robert, Gerald, The Rev. George and John Callaghan and her grandson Daniel Baran.
