Madeline Bello Bartolotta passed away on August 12, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family after a brief battle with cancer. Madeline was just shy of her 92nd birthday, and is pre-deceased by her husband Ralph and son John.
She and her twin sister, Emily, were the youngest of nine children growing up in East Harlem, New York where she met and married her husband Ralph Bartolotta. They moved to the Bronx where they raised their family. After her husband passed away, she moved to White Plains to live with her daughter, son-in-law and grand-daughter.
She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and grand-mother whose greatest pleasure was caring for her family.
She is survived by her daughters Sally and Beatrice, grand-daughter Madeline, son-in-law Louis and great-grand-dog Henry as well as several nieces and nephews. Affectionately known to friends & family alike as “Grandma Madeline,” her spirit lives on in each and every life she touched.
