Macie Lynn Rosander, age 2, of Baxter passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
Macie, the daughter of Nicole Vickroy, was born on September 10, 2019 in Des Moines, Iowa. Macie had angelic blonde curls, but balanced them with the perfect amount of sass. She could be particularly sassy when it came to time to go to bed. Macie liked the color pink, being outside, spaghetti, eating Oreos, and playing with her kitchen. She also liked bubbles, having her toes painted, riding her bike, and anything Minnie Mouse. Her brother, Vincent, was her best friends and they loved to play together.
Macie is survived by her mom, Nicole Vickroy; brother, Vincent Vickroy; grandparents, Ron and Leanne Hester; great-grandparents, Janice Hester and Merle and Judy Paulsen; her uncle, Austin (Savanna) Hester; cousins, Makenlei and Taylor; and the rest of her extended family. Macie was preceded in death by her great-grandpa, Jim Hester.
