Mabel B. Brumfield Montgomery, 83, Anderson, died April 17, 2007 at St. Johns Health System, Anderson Indiana after an extended illness.
She was born December 18, 1923 in Anderson, Indiana, and was a lifelong Anderson resident. Mabel retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 44 years as a secretary.
She is survived by her husband whom she married in July of 1957, Carrol Montgomery; step-daughter, Cindy Little of Anderson; son, Norman & wife Sylvia Montgomery of Washington, D.C.; two grandchildren, Lauren Montgomery and Chris Montgomery; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Brian & Ruby Clark Brumfield and a brother, William Brumfield.
