She was born on April 11, 1935 in Clear Spring, MD to the late George Richard and Margaret Naomi Keyser Bloyer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Daniel “Rich” Shank in 2007.
She was a 1953 graduate of Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.
Louise was employed by G. A. Miller Lumber Company in Williamsport, MD for 47 years until her retirement in 1997.
She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Williamsport, MD where she was very faithful.
She is survived by her sister Edna N. Hamilton of Baltimore, MD; nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sisters Dorothy M. Little and Eleanor M. Smith.
