M. LaVerne Smith, 93 of Centralia, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Centralia Manor. She was born January 26, 1922 in Centralia, daughter of Jay Wyatt McNeilly and Daisy B. (Carter) McNeilly. She married Edward Smith and he preceded her in death in June 7, 1995.
She is survived by four grandchildren: Delia Beers of California, Daniel Smith of California, Derek Copold of Texas and Dorothy Crews of Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two daughters, Carol Ann Smith and Linda Balkus.
