Jeannette Skelton Eisentrager, 90, passed on to her heavenly home on Friday, January 11, 2013. Jeannette was born on June 11, 1922 in Edinboro, Pennsylvania to Brady James Skelton and Sylvia Whipple Skelton. Jeannette graduated Edinboro High School in 1940 and from Baptist Bible Seminary in 1943.
At the age of 72, Jeannette decided to retire from the Kuna School District after being employed for 22 years. During her time in the Kuna District she touched many lives while working in the office, special education class, study hall, counselor’s office and library. Always wanting to keep in contact with friends and family, Jeannette learned how to use a computer and e-mail at the age of 65.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 12 siblings, and husband. She is survived by one brother, Paul Skelton of Waterford, PA; sons, Paul (Dawn) of Edmonton, Canada; Dan (Carla) of Elk Grove, CA; David (Faye) of Boise, ID; daughters Ruth Durham (Wayne) of Boise, ID; Debbie Medsker (Kirk) of Boise, ID; and Joy Haney (Roger) of Meridian, ID; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Heart & Home Hospice for their care and support. In particular they are thankful for her nurses Katie, Kerri, Jennifer, Linda, and her CNA Anne.
