Lynsey Jean O’Berry, 37
Okeechobee – Lynsey Jean O’Berry died June 9, 2021. Born December 23, 1983, Lynsey was a lifetime resident of Okeechobee and grew up attending Treasure Island Baptist Church. She loved her family, friends, co-workers, and dogs with all her heart.
Lynsey graduated Class of 2002 from Okeechobee High School. She studied Radiology and Mammography at Indian River State College and went on to a career in the field working her way up to Area Manager at Onsite Mammography. April 9, 2005, Lynsey married her high school sweetheart. Together they enjoyed fishing and duck hunting. Lynsey also enjoyed arts and crafts. Lynsey was a devoted wife and daughter and a friend to all she knew. She was a beautiful light that brought out laughter and smiles in so many people. She will be deeply missed by her family, an abundance of friends, and her work family.
Mrs. O’Berry is survived by her husband of 16 years, Josh O’Berry; parents, Mark Baggett and Jeannie Bramlett (Paul); brother, Bryan Baggett all of Okeechobee; sister-in-law, Kyli O’Berry Hardin (Ron) of North Carolina; nephew, Davin O’Berry; niece, Kaylee Baggett; and dogs, Diesel, and Zoey.
