Lynn P. (Purdy) Hume, 71, a lifelong resident of Sheridan, passed away on September 28, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Lynn was born on August 28, 1948 to the late Harold “Doc” and Ruby (Perigo) Purdy in Lebanon, Indiana. Lynn was a graduate of Sheridan High School’s Class of 1966. While Lynn was in high school, she met her husband, Larry Karl Hume. They were married on March 20, 1966 and have been at each other’s side for 53 years.
Lynn enjoyed working the crossword puzzle each morning with her coffee.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband, Larry, as well as their three children; Perry (Cheri) Hume, Lana Hume, and Tina (Brett) Tillison.
