Lynn Arthur Clark, 75, died unexpectedly Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at his home. He was born September 23, 1944 in Kalamazoo, MI a son of Floyd and Maxine (Ketchum) Clark and had been a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School in 1963. Lynn was a manager for the telephone company and retired in 1997. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1616 and the Kalamazoo AMBUCS.

In retirement, he enjoyed traveling to Florida during the winter months, working part-time at Crestview Golf Club in the summer, and playing golf at every opportunity.

Lynn was a devout University of Michigan fan and could always be seen sporting his Maize and Blue attire. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed working on projects around the house and giving a helping hand when needed. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids whenever he could and was the “Fun Grandpa” in their eyes. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and generosity.

Lynn was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Adams; a brother, James Clark; and a son-in-law, Larry Drenth. On October 10, 2010, Lynn married the former Erin D. Swofford, who survives. Also surviving are five children, Pamela (Glenn) Amuro, Sherri Drenth, Daniel (Julie) Clark, Michele (Jennie) Winn and Stephanie (Dan) Thompkins; two step-children, Michael Taylor and Jordan Taylor; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; three siblings, Bruce Clark, Lynda (Terry Miller) Smith and Jeanna Walton; and several nieces and nephews.
