Lynette J. Andrade, age 47 of Taunton, passed away at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on January 29, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Plymouth on November 17, 1971 to Edamar Fernandes and the late Judith (Andrade) Barbosa. She was the beloved mother of Karina Brown, Charles Thompson, Jr. Leahna Thompson all of Taunton and the late Taylece Dias. She was the cherished grandmother of Shaylece, Ciara, Alexus, Innocence, and Don’taye. She was the sister of Tarsha, Robert, and Destiny Barbosa and was pre-deceased by her sister Ramona Andrade.Lynette will be remembered for her strength, courage and for opening her heart and arms to anyone who needed her. She was considered a second “Mom” to many and was loved by her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, music and spending time at the beach, especially White Horse in Manomet. She loved her children and grandchildren fiercely and she especially loved her time with her grandson, Innocence.
