Lyn “Mchelle” Dumawal Saracho was born November

12th

, 1970 in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

Michelle is the sixth of nine children born to Romeo Diwa

Dumawal and Nelita Beltran Gonzales, along with her

twin brother Michael. Michelle was brought up Catholic in

a loving home. She attended Universidad De Sta. Isabel

from prep school to high school in Naga City. She went to

Science and Technology Institute after high school and

then switched to the University of Nueva Caceres for

Commerce the second semester in Naga City. The

following year, Michelle went to Emilio Aguinaldo College

for nursing in Manila. She then finished her nursing

schooling at Ago Foundation College in Naga City.

Michelle met the love of her life Larry Carolina Saracho in

Manila in 1989.

In March 1995, Michelle relocated from the Philippines

with her firstborn child James to San Francisco,

California. This was a big move for her but she knew she

could flourish with new opportunities. She married her

sweetheart Larry, on January 15, 1996, and nine months

later had their firstborn daughter Angelica. Later that year

Michelle returned to the Philippines to finish her

schooling and receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Upon returning to California, Michelle reunited with the

love of her life, Larry, and children James and Angel in

1997. Larry and Michelle relocated the family to San

Diego. The following year they were blessed with their

second daughter Andrea Nicole and ten years later their

last daughter Samantha Lauren. Michelle eagerly fulfilled

her nursing dreams by becoming a Registered Nurse at

Paradise Valley Hospital. She served for 20 years

working on the Surgical Medical Team and from time to

time floated to Telemetry (Cardiac monitoring Unit). While

working there she met and built close personal bonds

with her coworkers who became like family to her.

Michelle fell in love with Jesus and the Christian faith.

Her faith in God remained with whom she shared with her

family.

She also loved staying active and healthy by running,

hiking, and biking. When she was home, she enjoyed

watching movies and tv shows, reading books,

cross-stitching, and art and crafts. Above all, she loved

memories in beautiful new places. Michelle was known

as compassionate, hardworking, adventurous, and

creative.

Michelle is preceded in death by her mother Nelita, her

father Romeo, and brother Diony.

Michelle leaves her fond, loving memories to be

cherished by her husband Larry, son James, 3 daughters

Angelica, Andrea Nicole, and Samantha Lauren,

grandson Dean Mason, soon to be born granddaughter

Baby Miller, 3 brothers, Renel, Lito, and Michael, 4

sisters Marissa, Cherry, Marita, and Imee, and many

nieces and nephews and a host of other family members

and special friends that she held dearly.
