Lydia Mae Williamson, our little “Lydibug,” winged her way into our hearts when she was born on November 27, 2011, in Englewood, Colorado. She arrived with a sweep of dark hair and a charm she refined during her six short years. She passed into Heaven on May 4, 2018 from a sudden, unexplained illness. Besides performing locally as a ballerina, Lydia delighted in reading, crafting, writing, and “publishing” books. As a kindergartener at Traylor Academy in Denver, she proudly received the “Roar of Excellence” award for her exceptional character and loving leadership. She created and taught lessons about numbers, colors, and syllables for any adult or child who passed through her living room.
