Lyda Tucker Underhill passed away on September 16, 2021. She was born August 29, 1940, in Cullman, Alabama to Talmadge Tucker and Rose Self. A resident of Okeechobee for 46 years, she was a member of The Gathering Church. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, crocheting, and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Will Underhill; her parents, Talmadge Tucker and Rose Iley; brothers, Billy Tucker and Rex Tucker.
She is survived by her son, Steve Underhill (Savka), of Dallas, TX; daughters, Carol Underhill, of Okeechobee, and Rosmary Parker (George), of Okeechobee; grandchildren, Jami Murray (Brian), Cory Ward (Sami), Brandon Farless (Mary), and Baylee Lamm (Matthew); great-grandchildren, Mahlon Purvis, Kynslie Purvis, Delaney Ward, Kolton Ward, Charlie Farless, Hayden Farless, and Mila Ward; sister, Betty Davis, of Georgia; sister in law, Yvonne Tucker, of Alabama; many nieces and nephews.
