He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Delorse Crutchfield; his children, Lucinda Hall (Melvin), Wanet Tyson (Raymond), Cassandra Brown and Gerald Crutchfield; seven grandchildren; predeceased by his granddaughter, Angela Tyson; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one brother-in-law, Spencer Prather and a host of other relatives and friends.
