A native Floridian, Luiz was born and raised in Stuart. He worked in the landscaping industry and enjoyed many outdoor activities. Luiz loved fishing, swimming, running, coaching basketball, and eating sushi. His greatest joy however was his children.
Luiz was the devoted father of Trinity and Luiz Vargas Jr., beloved son of Oralia Vargas; loving brother of Alex Martinez, Amanda Mandola, and her husband Junior, Emilio Vargas, and Brandon Rojas and his wife Star; adored uncle of Mia Vargas, Josiah Mandola, and Jeremiah Mandola. He is also survived by many more relatives and friends.
