Her selflessness, compassion, kindness and empathy carried on when she became a grandmother to her nine grandchildren. Luisa was born to be a grandmother. She was an active participant in every moment of her grandchildren’s lives. She was their biggest cheerleader and made it to every single sporting and school event. The kids always appreciated her advice and looked forward to her encouragement. She never missed being there to see the grandkids head off to their first day of school each year. She loved spending time at the beach with them from the time they were infants until this past summer. She started many traditions with the grandkids that she knew would be lasting memories for them to cherish. Luisa loved being surrounded by her large extended family.
