La Misa Conmemorativa se celebrará en la Madonna Queen of the Universe Shrine, 150 Orient Ave, East Boston martes, febrero 28, at 11 AM. Sus cenizas serán sepultadas en los nichos de la capilladel cementerio de Woodlawn.

Luis was the son of Alfonso Betancur and Anadelia Gallego de Betancur. He was also the brother of Carlos, Francisco, Ema, Belarmina, Rita, Anadelia and the late Maria Noemi, David, Jesus Maria, Libardo and Luz Elena Betancur and is also survived by many neices and nephews.
Luis was a devoted family man,with a positive attitude, an excellent husband and father, who enjoyed sharing jokes with friends and family. He was sincere, loyal, spiritual and affectionate.
