Luella May Johnson Parker

Luella May Johnson Parker of Hooper passed away September 19, 2016, peacefully after a long joyful life.

Luella was born July 21, 1926, in Harrisville, Utah, the daughter of James Alvin Johnson and Minnie Mae Cranor.

Luella lived in Rawlins and Lyman, Wyoming as well as Ogden, Riverdale, and Hooper, Utah.
Luella is preceded in death by her father that died when Luella was only three-years-old, and her mother who raised her children in the depression as a widow. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Wyatt Mann and Minnie Bell Cranor, and her Aunt Ada Cranor Burton who had a great influence in her life.

Proceeding her in death was also her loving husband of 54 years, Henry Lisle Parker, their beloved son Evan Parel, grandson, Skyler Evan, and granddaughter, Camilla Shan Grow as well as Luella’s brother, Glen Johnson, brother-in-law, Robert Roland Parker, and sister-in-law, Robena Falslev.

Luella is survived by her sister, Dorothy (Bruce) Carr and a sister-in-law, Maxine Parker. Luella worked faithfully by Lisle’s side raising their children of whom she is survived by: Beverly Bailey of Centerville; Curtis (Mayla) of Logan; Alan (JoAnn) of Clinton; Shanna (Steven) Grow of Fort Ashby, WV; Dale (Misti) of West Point; daughter-in-law, Tammy (Chris) Bell of Kaysville; and Ada (Greg) Beuchert of West Point.
