Lucy DeFoe Roberts, after valiantly battling pancreatic cancer, died peacefully at her home, in Southport, Connecticut, Friday, February 27, 2015. Lucy graduated with a master’s degree from Fairfield University. She was a dedicated social worker who helped countless families and individuals by providing alcohol and drug abuse counseling. Lucy was a generous and giving individual who loved education and was active in many philanthropic organizations.
