Lucy Tinsley Welden, 86, of Senoia, GA died on June 26, 2011 after a year of declining health at Southwest Christian Care hospice. Lucy’s life was blessed with two sons: Jimbo Welden of Smyrna, GA and Gary T. Welden of Newnan, GA. She was also blessed with four loving husbands: The Rev. James L. Welden, Edgar Todd, Lewis Welden, and Elmo Harrell as well as three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
