Lucy F. (Bartolucci) Bulfer, 90, of Peru, passed away Friday, July 01, 2011, at Heritage Manor in Mendota. Mrs. Bulfer was born on April 1, 1921, in Dalzell to Joseph and Julia (Masa) Bartolucci. She married Charles G. Bulfer in November 26, 1966, at St. Thomas More Church in Dalzell. She worked at Westclox in Peru for many years. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Peru.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and great-great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles on April 13, 2008; three brothers, John, Armando Curley, and Frank Bartolucci; two sisters, Josephine Burr and Mary Bartolucci.
