Lucy C. Wilkinson Ulm, 94, Markleville, died July 7, 2006 at her residence.
She was born August 5, 1911 near Markleville, the daughter of Alonzo and Maude Hankins Wilkinson. She was a 1929 graduate of Markleville High School and attended Anderson Business College.
Lucy retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors in 1971 after 19 years of service. She was a member of the Markleville East Christian Church and the Major Hugh Dunwiddie Chapter of D.R.A.
She is survived by her a daughter, Pat Ulm Pederson of Anderson; four grandchildren, Monte Joyce Ulm of Pendleton, Lydia Romine Allistair Wilson of Bloomfield, Chris Ulm of Ingalls and David Pederson of Anderson; seven great grandchildren, Jessica Ulm Shaun Wernette, Annie Ulm-Goodwin, Melissa Shane Waltermire, Casey Ulm, Matthew Ulm, Linsey Ulm and Jackson Ulm; one niece and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Frank H. Ulm who passed away in 1989; a son, Jack Ulm who passed away in 1982; her parents, Alonzo & Maude Hankins Wilkinson; two sisters, Cofine Mauzy and Laurene Stohler; a brother, Garnet Wilkinson; and a son-in-law, Lavern Pederson.
