Lucinda (Olga) Sullivan known as Nonie passed away peacefully at the age of 95 on July   26, 2011 at her home in Caldwell, Idaho after a complicated illness. Lucinda was born in Arcata California to Ida and Roberto Giuntoli, she and her three siblings were orphaned in 1918 when their parents died during the flu epidemic.  The children were then sent to various homes to be raised in Santa Rosa and Humboldt County California.  Lucinda was raised by Primo and Mary Columbani in Santa Rosa California. She married Foster (Chuck) Sullivan in 1961. Lucinda started cooking for large family groups at the age of 12 and decided in her early years that she enjoyed serving the public. In her youth she was the hat check girl and waitress at the famous Lena’s in Santa Rosa California and at the young age of 86 she retired from Wendy’s in Santa Rosa California as a hostess.

Lucinda is survived by her Son Al Pereyda of Kansas City Kansas, two daughters Beverly Pereyda of Caldwell, Idaho and Sharon (Zac) Pereyda-DeStefano of Forestville, California and grandchildren Myles Zachman, Ryan Pigott, Jonete DeStefano; Alfie Jr. Pereyda, Stacy, Karen and Kathy including numerous great grandchildren.  She was an amazing mother, and grandmother, mentor, role model and friend. She poured her life into her children and grandchildren. They were her joy and her life. Nothing mattered more to her then their happiness.

Lucinda was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Sullivan, her sister’s Linda Raab, and Arminda Antongiovanni and her brother Sandy Giuntoli, all from Northern California.

Lucinda was charming and had a great sense of humor; she will be greatly missed by all.  Her family thanks you for your prayers and she’s now at rest with her God & family in Heaven.
