Born on November 22nd, 1932 to the late Drucilla Paschall and the late Willis Micklem, she was the loving wife of the late Forest Carl Bolner, Sr.; devoted mother of Andrew Roger Willoughby and his wife Barbara Ann, Linda Clark, Barbara Netzer and her husband Jacob, Forest Carl Bolner, II and his fiancee Susan Donley; cherished grandmother of Andrew Roger Willoughby, Jr., Michael Bradley Willoughby, Stephanie Willoughby Geer, Russell Lee Lockard, Lisa Jean Wheeler, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and dear sister of James P. Paschall and his wife Linda. Lucille is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
