Lucille Josephine Phalsgraff, widow to Phillip Joseph Phalsgraff, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 surrounded by her family.
Lucille was born March 18, 1937 in Cleveland where she was raised. She married in 1978 and moved from Cleveland area. She lost her first born child, Carmella Marie Bernadette Caspio at the age of four and her husband Phillip in 1983 from cancer. As a widow and a resident of Lodi, Lucille raised her other three children while working at Lodi Community Hospital and doing home nursing care until retiring at the age of 62.
