Lucille Dull-Bliesner of Charlotte Stephenson Manor, Adrian, MI, died May 12, 2016, at the age of 87, surrounded by her family. Lucille was born on October 13, 1928 to parents, Harley E. Wilt and Gladys (Bergen). She was the second of eight children; Doris Stine, Jack Wilt, Beverly Cowan, and an infant brother all deceased, and surviving  sisters, Emma Phenicie and Irene (Allen) Cadmus of Adrian, and Marjorie Boen of Springfield, MO and sister-in-law, Marge (Ackley) Wilt also survives. Lucille graduated with the Sand Creek High School Class of 1946, and was married for 50 years to her High School sweetheart, Jack Lamar Dull, who preceded her in death. She is survived by three daughters; Sharran (Krueger), Dianne Dull, and Vicky (Kind),7 beloved grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grand children, nieces, nephews, and cousins.On June 17, 2001, Lucille married James Bliesner of Blissfield, MI. He survives. Lucille enjoyed a life long active membership at Raisin Center Friends Church, serving as Deacon, SS Teacher, choir member, and meal planner. She was an industrious worker, both at home while raising her daughters, and outside the home later in life. She loved to cook, can foods, and bake pies, cakes, breads and cookies to sell at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market. She also worked for the Britton Post Office, and retired after 20 years from United Savings Bank. Lucille’s life was full of fun, family, and music. She took every opportunity to spend time with those she loved. She was one of the very first telephone switchboard operators at Ogden Telephone Company, a life member of the Lenawee Conservation League and a competitive bowman. Cards, bowling, walking, painting, shuffle boarding, camping, hunting, fishing, and picnics were among her favorite activities and she was often instrumental in their organization and implementation. Lucille will be sorely missed by her beloved family and friends.
