Mrs. Roberts died Wednesday at her home. She was born September 15, 1919 in Abilene, Texas to Earl M. and Lena Pearl (Ramey) Farquhar. She grew up in Abilene and married Harvey Davis on April 13, 1938 in Baird. Following his death she married John A. Roberts on April 9, 1983 in Whitesboro.
He also preceded her in death. She worked for the Masonic Hospital in Arlington as well as the State School in Abilene. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, 1 son and a granddaughter.
Suvivors include a son, Robert Davis of Burkburnett, 4 daughters, Jessie Baxter of Gatesville, Evelyn Hagerud of Evant, Lena Lawson of Konawa, OK and Donna Minney of Ft. Worth, step-son, John Lynn Roberts of Coleman, 2 step daughters, Patricia Ditmore of Abilene and Debbie Fortner of Lometa, sister, Jane Bowman of Abilene, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
