Born in Palatka, Mrs. Fisher, a legal secretary, came to this area in 1969 from her birthplace. She was a member of the Red Hatters Club, New Smyrna Beach. Mrs. Fisher also enjoyed gardening and fishing and was an avid motorcyclist and former motorcycle Drill Team Member.
She is survived by her mother, Rosemary Brunner, 1 sister, Anne Dowdy, 1 brother, Lee Brunner, all of East Palatka, 2 daughters, Laura Moon and Lynn Olsen, both of Daytona Beach, 1 son, Joseph C. Hamlett of Fort Payne, Alabama, 1 step-son, Steve Fisher, Jr. of Mebane, North Carolina, and 1 granddaughter, Kayla Olsen, of Daytona Beach. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen T. Fisher.
