Lucille B. Schrader, 85, of 60 Main St., Deep River, formerly of Hamden, passed away Aug. 20, 2008 in Middlesex Hospital after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Walter J. Schrader. Mrs. Schrader was born in New Haven Oct 28, 1922, daughter of the late Joseph & Anne Minichino LaValle. Beside her husband, she is survived by three daughters. Donna (Anthony) Apuzzo of Hamden, Lucille (Welles) Bauman of Deep River & Judith (John) Ranz of East Haven; one son, Walter (Deborah) Schrader Jr. of Branford; a sister, Mary Jane Celentano of New Haven; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.. She was predeceased by two brothers, Salvatore & Joseph LaValle; two sisters, Vincenza Pierlow & Rosemarie Dion; and two grandchildren, Danielle Sartini & Christopher Apuzzo.
