Lucienne M. (Remillard) Desjardins 97, formerly of Millville MA, died Friday in Beaumont Rehabilitation Center, Northbridge MA. She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Arthur and Albine (Carrignan) Remillard. She was the wife of the late Gerard Desjardins.
Mrs. Desjardins was an assembly line worker for Dennison Mfg., and a weaver for the former French Worsted retiring in 1970. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by five sons; Normand Desjardins of NC, Roland Desjardins of Millville, Robert Desjardins of Johnston, Andre Desjardins of Franklin, and Ronald Desjardins of Mendon, and one daughter; Muriel Clemons of Millville, ten grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Constance Desjardins, and was predeceased by many brothers and sisters.
