Lucien Joseph Pelletier, 74, passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2012 in his home. Lucien was born in St. Francis, Maine on November 21, 1937 to the late Henry J. Pelletier and Odile Michaud Pelletier. Lucien settled in New Britain, Connecticut after previously residing in Bristol, Connecticut. Lucien was a veteran of the Korean War; he was a grandfather, a father, a friend, and previously a husband. He was enjoying retirement after many years of employment with Stanley Works in New Britain. Lucien was a life member and former Vice President of the French Model Club in New Britain. Lucien is survived by his grandchildren Ben, Julia, Nate, Ivy, Isabel, and Maddex, daughters Lisa Pelletier, Karen Silva, Jola Pelletier, his step son Jack Kozyra, step daughter Beata Robidoux, sons-in-law Jorge Silva and Brian Bellefleur, sisters Marilyn Thibodeau, Camilla Caron, brothers Galen Pelletier, Rocky Pelletier, and Delmar Pelletier, his brother-in-law Ted Thibodeau, and sister-in-laws Greta Pelletier, V. May Pelletier, and Teri Pelletier, many nieces and nephews, his dearly loved friend Lauren Holden and his beloved dog Lady.
