Lowell Stokke, 88, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Ottawa Pavilion Nursing Home.
Lowell was born on November 8, 1932 in Woonsocket, SD to Oscar Edwin and Alice (Hammerton) Stokke.
He married Gloria Dancey on April 10, 1953 in Gary Indiana. Lowell worked for Inland Steel in East Chicago for over 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; three children, Mark (Kathy) Stokke of Minooka, Wes (Lori) Stokke of Wilmington, and Donna (Larry) Terpstra of Ottawa; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a sister Leona Holmes of Wheatfield, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Yvonne Passuello.
