She was born on June 4, 1947 in Claveria, Cagayan, Philippines, a daughter of the late Pablo and Amparo Nebab Bolante. Lourdes was a member of Our Lady of Grace Parish, Greensburg. She was employed as the office manager for her family’s medical office, Efren Leonida, MD Family Practice in Mt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Romeo Bolante and Dr. Henry Bolante. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Dr. Efren Labay Leonida; her children, Dr. Efren B. Leonida, Jr. (Jennifer) of Greensburg, Edgar Leonida (Shelly) of Arlington Heights, IL, Dr. Alexander (Dr. Tiffany) of Lincoln, NE, and Lisa Ismail (Zane) of Arlington Heights, IL; her siblings, Lydia Franken of Dallas, TX, Dr. Menelio Bolante of Holmdel, NJ, Elsa Azaula of Atlantic City, NJ, Helen Ledda of Torrance, CA and Pablo Bolante, Jr. of the Philippines; her 11 grandchildren, Mackenna, Cooper, Hunter, Parker, Ariana, Isabella, Evan, Lucy, Myriel, Talia and Zoe.
